About Us
During World War II, the Dunn family embarked on an extraordinary journey by purchasing a brewery in a dry county. However, this wasn't just a brewery; it was a strategic move that laid the foundation for their legacy. They quickly transformed it into a textile manufacturing facility, harnessing the region's textile boom.
For years after the brewery's purchase, the factory retained a unique ambiance. When you walked into the factory, you could still catch the faint, lingering scent of beer fumes beneath the floorboards—a subtle reminder of the facility's fascinating history.
In 1975, a pivotal moment arrived when Lance, Larry's son and a passionate designer, joined the factory, ushering in a new era of innovation. Together, they pioneered new-aged fabrics and embraced sustainability as their guiding principle.
Expanding their horizons, they began providing custom products for clubs, schools, pickleball enthusiasts, and events, deepening community bonds.
Dunn Manufacturing, guided by the synergy of generations, wove a tale of tradition, innovation, and sustainability, demonstrating that the fabric of time could be rewoven into something beautiful and enduring.
